One of the great advantages of us branching our main OCG site to OCG Australia is the ability to try new things for the Australian market only.

Today we are announcing the first of those trials, with free exchanges on all purchases for Australian customers.

We know we have a bunch of loyal Australian customers on our International site as well, so the good news for you is this offer applies to you too.

How does it work?

The process is a simple 4-step system:

  1. You return the item to us via Australia Post standard delivery ($8.50 for most orders)
  2. Wait for the item to arrive to us (usually 2 business days), or send us your tracking number if you need the exchange done quicker
  3. We will refund the entire order value PLUS send you discount voucher to cover the $8.50 postage cost to purchase your new size
  4. You purchase the new size as per a normal order to ensure you receive all the usual tracking information and order updates

Simple!

What about those outside of Australia?

For now, this trial is for Australian's only, but if successful, we plan to roll this out onto our main international site, starting with the US and UK in 2018.

In the meantime, we still offer the same discount code for international returns as we always have.
