Returns, Exchanges and Refund Policy

We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not satisfied, we've made the exchange/return process super easy.

Returns

Since all of our apparel is custom made to order, we cannot accept returns on any customized or personalized orders. We will happily exchange items that do not fit for another size and send free replacements for any item not made correctly to its specifications.

For orders without any customizations or personalization, we will issue an 80% money-back guarantee. The 20% covers the restocking of unused and undamaged items.

Our policy lasts 60 days from when the order was delivered. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, please contact us at support@onlinecyclinggear.com.au to see options for how we can ensure your customer satisfaction.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unworn with the tags still on. You may return your item in the original, or your own packaging taking care to keep it protected.

Refunds

Once your return request is received and approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.

The maximum amount refunded will be 80% of the purchase price.
Customizations, special requests and personalization text cannot be refunded.
Adding thermal fleece, changing the gender or length of an item will be refunded 80% of the purchase price.
Please note financial institutions can take up to 7 business days to process these requests.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted: (if applicable)

An item has been soiled, damaged or modified
Any item not in its original condition
Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery

Exchanges

The product doesn’t fit? No problem. We will arrange the new order for you at a discount of 80% off the original item (well below the cost for us to manufacture, pack and dispatch) and send an email with details for finalizing the new order.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a store credit will be emailed to you.
