Frequently asked questions

Is there a minimum order?

No. There is no minimum quantity and no setup fee, whether you want one jersey or eighty for a club. Most suppliers in this category ask for a minimum before they will start.

Can you kit out a club, a team or a company event?

Yes. Because there is no minimum, riders can order individually from the same design, or one person can place the whole order. No stock commitment either way.

What sizes do you offer?

Every jersey comes in sizes 2XS to 7XL at no extra charge for the larger sizes, and a few items, such as our running shirts, go up to 9XL. That range matters for a club, where one size run rarely fits everybody.

Can I customise any jersey, or only the custom range?

Any jersey in the store can be adapted. You can change the fit, change the length, add thermal fleece and personalise the side panels. For anything beyond those options, email our customer success team at support@onlinecyclinggear.com.au and they will tell you what is possible.

Can I put our club logo or a sponsor on the jersey?

Yes, by one of two routes. On our Fully Custom designs and on the Your Logo products you upload the artwork yourself, in the customisation panel on the product page. For any other item in the store, email our customer success team at support@onlinecyclinggear.com.au and they arrange it with you directly.

Do riders have to order together, or can they order one by one?

Either. Riders can order individually whenever they want, which avoids one person collecting money and sizes from everybody.

How does the fit compare to other cycling brands?

Our sizes run small next to most US and European brands. If you are between two sizes, take the larger one. Every product page carries a full measurement chart, and those numbers are the reliable guide, not the letter on the label.

What if a size is wrong when it arrives?

Non-personalised items can be returned for 100% store credit. Pieces carrying a name, a number or a logo are made for one rider, so they cannot be resold.

Are the designs exclusive?

Our range covers original, retro and themed designs that the big brands do not carry, and any of them can be adapted for a club or an event.
